These terms cover quotes, orders and use of this site by trade buyers.

Who may buy
This site serves businesses that buy replacement parts for resale, repair or fleet work. By sending a request or placing an order, you confirm that you act for a business.
Product information
Catalog details, OE references and photos help you find a part. They do not guarantee fit, so check the SKU and the application before you order. Photos may show a representative product.
Quotes
A quote states the price, quantity, lead time, freight and payment terms for the parts it lists. A quote is an offer for the quantities and validity period stated on it. When details change, we issue a new version, and the version you accept governs the order.
Orders
An order exists when we confirm an accepted quote in writing or in your account. We may decline a request we cannot supply, and we will tell you before any payment is due.
Payment
Payment follows the method and dates agreed on the quote. If payment is late, we may hold or cancel the order.
Delivery and risk
Delivery, freight and the point at which risk passes follow the terms on the accepted quote.
Returns and warranty
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Final warranty terms are set in each order contract. Returns and any related freight arrangements are set in each order contract.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price of the parts in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
The governing law and the courts or forum are set out on the quote or in a written agreement with you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you accept a quote apply to that order.
